Wine and its secrets, revealed...

I was born in the heart of the Alsace vineyards, but not into a family of winemakers. Initially, I didn’t set out for the world of wine, but passion caught up with me along the way. I had to learn everything and find my place in a world that can sometimes be intimidating, only to realize that it’s possible to follow your own path, without giving in to the conformism or elitism often associated with this environment.

My approach is all about teaching. I love making wine simple and alive, with anecdotes, a touch of humor, and above all, without any fuss. I often say: 'There is no such thing as a stupid question. You’re only foolish when you don’t dare to ask.' Here, all your questions are welcome.

Whether you are a complete novice or an experienced enthusiast, I adapt. In a group, I can dive into the technical details with some, then explain simply so everyone can follow, all in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. My goal? That you leave feeling like you’ve truly understood wine, so that every tasting is a moment of pure pleasure - not a vocabulary contest.
