Wine and its secrets, revealed...

I was born in the heart of the Alsatian vineyards, but not into a family of winemakers. At first I didn't plan to work in wine, but my passion for it drew me in. I had to learn everything from scratch and find my place in a sometimes intimidating world — and I learned it's possible to follow your own path without bowing to the conformity or elitism too often linked to this industry.

My focus is on teaching. I love making wine approachable and lively, using anecdotes, a touch of humor, and above all with no stress. I often say, “There are no stupid questions — we only lose out when we don’t dare to ask.” Here, all your questions are welcome.

Whether you are a complete novice or a seasoned enthusiast, I adapt to you. Within a group, I can dive into technical details with some, then explain things simply so that everyone can follow along - all in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. My goal? That you leave feeling like you truly understand wine, so that every tasting is a moment of pure pleasure - not a vocabulary contest.
