These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the online booking of services offered by Maxime Reinhart – Vigne & Sens.

The client acknowledges having read these Terms & Conditions before booking.
2. Booking
The client selects their services on the site. The booking is finalized once payment is confirmed and a confirmation email is received.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in Euros (all taxes included). VAT not applicable, per Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
Payment is made at the time of booking via a secure payment platform (Stripe, Elloha, or partners such as GetYourGuide or Viator).
4. Tour Program
- Participants must arrive at the scheduled time.
- In case of delay, participants must catch up with the group on their own.
- Any behavior that endangers the group or disrupts the tour may lead to exclusion without refund.
- Les mineurs de moins de 16 ans participent gratuitement mais doivent être accompagnés d'un adulte.
- No alcohol tasting is provided to minors.
5. Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, leisure services provided on a specific date do not qualify for a right of withdrawal.
Cancellation policy:
- More than 15 days: Full refund.
- 8 to 14 days: 25% of the total cost is charged.
- 3 to 7 days: 50% of the total cost is charged.
- Less than 48 hours or no-show: No refund.
- Bookings are personal and cannot be transferred without prior agreement.
6. Liability
Vigne & Sens cannot be held liable for cases of force majeure, unforeseeable events, or technical issues beyond its control.
If the tour is cancelled by the guide (illness, exceptional closure of the winery, etc.), a reschedule or a full refund will be offered.
Tours take place rain or shine. Suitable shoes are recommended.
7. Complaints
Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days following the tour.
8. Privacy & Image Rights
Personal data is used strictly for booking management, in accordance with GDPR.
Photos may be taken during the tours. Anyone wishing not to appear in these images can inform the guide before the tour starts.
9. Proof of Agreement
Booking confirmation and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions constitute an electronic signature with the same legal value as a handwritten one.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of Colmar.
